Open Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm, Sat 9am – 3pm · Closed Sundays
Stopcock: under the kitchen sink, under the stairs or by the front door. Turn clockwise.
Switch off at the consumer unit.
Buckets, towels, and a screwdriver hole in any bulging ceiling — over a bucket.
