Look under the sink for a small isolating valve on the pipe — a quarter-turn with a flat screwdriver shuts it off.

Can you fix a dripping tap the same day?
Usually, within Mon–Fri 8am–5pm, Sat 9am–3pm. Most drips are a washer or cartridge and are sorted in one visit.
Repair or replace?
If the tap's a good one, repair. If parts are obsolete or it's cheaper to replace, we'll tell you and quote both.
Can you fit taps I've bought?
Yes. Send a photo of what you've bought and we'll confirm it'll fit before coming out.
Do you do outside taps?
Yes — repairs, replacements and new garden taps with a proper double-check valve.
