Do you cover my area?
We cover all of Newham and East London same-day: Barking & Dagenham, Tower Hamlets, Redbridge, Greenwich, Hackney and Waltham Forest. We cover other areas of London by appointment and subject to availability.
Are you available 24/7?
No — we're open Mon–Fri 8am–5pm, Sat 9am–3pm, closed Sundays. We'd rather be honest than promise cover we can't give. Out of hours: turn the water off, message us on WhatsApp and you're first in the diary next morning.
How quickly can you come?
Same-day or immediate attendance where possible. Ring in the morning and it's often done that afternoon. We'll tell you honestly when a plumber can be there.
How do you charge?
A call-out/assessment charge, explained on the phone before we attend. Then the repair price, agreed before work starts. If anything additional is needed, that's agreed with you before we proceed.
Who will turn up?
One of the Pippo Plumbers team — our own plumbers, sometimes Giuseppe himself — a small local firm, not a national call-centre dispatch. Whoever attends, the price is agreed before work starts.
Are you insured and DBS-checked?
Yes. Fully insured, DBS-checked, and a registered limited company since 2021 (trading since 2018).
Can I send a photo of the problem?
Please do — WhatsApp 07761 871017. A photo means we bring the right parts first time.
Do you do bathroom installations?
Yes — as well as repairs, we take on bathroom and kitchen plumbing installations. Send us a photo or a description and we'll quote it.
Do you work with landlords, letting agents and property managers?
Yes — landlords, letting agents, estate agents and property managers are a big part of our work, alongside domestic and commercial customers. Tenants can call us directly with your say-so, and you get a proper invoice from Pippo Plumbers Ltd.
