Who we are. Pippo Plumbers Ltd, a plumbing business covering East London. Contact: pippotheplumber@gmail.com, 020 3355 0733.
When you ring, message or use the contact form we collect what you give us — typically your name, phone number, address and a description (and sometimes photos) of the plumbing problem. If you arrive from an online advert, our form may also record the advert click reference so we know which adverts bring in enquiries.
To reply to you, quote the job, carry it out and invoice it — our legitimate interest in running the business and, once agreed, performing the contract with you. We don’t sell your details or use them for marketing lists.
Enquiry details are kept while we deal with your enquiry and, if you become a customer, for six years after the job for accounting and warranty purposes.
Only services we need to run the business: our website host, our email provider, WhatsApp (if you message us there) and our accountant. Nobody else without your say-so, unless the law requires it.
This site uses cookies for anonymous analytics and to measure advertising, only with your consent via the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time from the banner’s settings link.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email pippotheplumber@gmail.com. If you’re not happy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
